• Chairman & Group CEO – Mr. Ivan Sundarparsad
Ex-Diplomat, Mr Sundarparsad holds an MBA degree from the University of Wales, UK, is a qualified Electrical Engineer – South Africa, with an Electrical Engineering Diploma, Graduate Programme in Utility Management from Stanford University, USA, and Project Management Diplomas from institutions in South Africa and UK. Mr Sundarparsad has spent the past ten years building the business platform that iSun operates, strategically building relationships across the crude oil and refined petroleum product supply market.
• Executive Director & MD (Africa) – Mr. Angelo P. F. da Silva
Mr. Angelo is a graduate and a seasoned business man. He is an Angolan Citizen and is based in Namibia & Angola. He has extensive experience in the Africa, West African & International trade markets with a large networks and business relationships in Africa and abroad.
• Non – Executive Director (Legal) – Mr. Jurie Groenewald
Mr Jurie Groenewald (Director) holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) Degree and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree and is a qualified Attorney. Mr Groenewald is a director on various boards and has had a long history of Legal experience in business, trading of refined petroleum products in Southern Africa.
• Executive Director (Group Finance) – Mr. Govender
Mr. Govender is a qualified Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of experience in the Financial Services and Technology Sectors, working with numerous companies in various sectors across the economy. He has assisted and continues to assist a number of startup companies in their growth and sustainability. Mr. Govender is also a certified information systems auditor and has been able to successfully integrate business and technologies to drive business optimization. Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (SA); Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
